1. What is your shipping policy?

For international orders, shipping may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping times and fees will vary depending on the destination. You can check the estimated shipping time during checkout before completing your order.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly, so we recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing the checkout process. If you need to change the address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.
5. What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We are committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear images of the issue. We will resolve it by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
6. How do I return or exchange an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@meluva.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process. Please note that return shipping costs may apply in certain situations, depending on the reason for the return.
7. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Do you accept cancellations?

10. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are constantly improving our services, so please stay tuned for any future updates.
11. Why are some items out of stock?
As we work with trusted suppliers, product availability may vary. If an item is out of stock, it will be updated on our website. If you’ve already placed an order for an out-of-stock item, we will notify you promptly and offer either a substitute or a refund.
