At Meluva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a refund and exchange policy to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible.

1. Refunds and Exchanges

We accept refunds and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear images of the damaged item.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will offer an exchange or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing images of the incorrect item received.

  • Wrong Address Provided: If the item is shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, Meluva is not responsible for refunds or exchanges. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

  • Change of Mind: We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the order has been processed and dispatched. Please double-check your order before confirming.

2. Returns Process

We do not accept direct returns to our warehouse. If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, we will guide you through the process. You will be instructed on the necessary steps based on the product and situation.

  • How to Initiate a Refund/Exchange:
    Contact us at support@meluva.store within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images of the product in question. We will then guide you through the next steps.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    For eligible refunds or exchanges, the return shipping cost may be covered by Meluva depending on the reason for the return. However, if the return is due to a customer error (such as incorrect ordering or change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Personalized or customized items, unless defective or damaged.

  • Items that have been used or opened (excluding defective items).

4. Refund Method

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds can take up to 7-14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective).

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order as it may have already been processed.
